So the latest patch for Battlefield 4 brought us 5 new weapons.
Heres a list.....
GROZA-1 Carbine.
The Groza-1 is an all class Carbine. It does an impressive 30 damage at close quarters, meaning it can get a 4 shot kill. It also has a high rate of fire at 725 RPM, meaning that this is a devastating CQB weapon. On top of that, it also has good hip fire accuracy. However, it also has massive vertical recoil and low ADS accuracy, limiting it to close quarters.
It has a integrated Compensator and a Vertical Grip by default, meaning that it cannot be removed.

GROZA-4 PDW.
The Groza-4 is a Personal Defense Weapon for the Engineer. The Groza-4 is an integrally suppressed weapon, so it will never show up on the radar. However, it has lower close range damage than the Groza-1, at 26 damage, though this is still enough for a 4 shot kill. It also has a smaller magazine at 20+1 rounds, and a slower rate of fire. However, it is still a very capable PDW.

AN-94 Assault rifle.
The AN-94 (Russian: "Автомат Никонова 1994" Avtomat Nikonova 1994; English: Automatic Nikonov model 1994), also known as the Abakan or 6P33, is an advanced Russian assault rifle designed by Gennadiy Nikonov from 1980-1994. The AN-94 Abakan fires the 5.45x39mm round which is a lighter and more accurate than the powerful 7.62x39mm round.
It uses a few features of the AK-74, such as the 30 round magazine and the pistol grip, but is otherwise a completely new gun. It has a special 2 round burst setting, utilizing a system known to Russians as "blowback shifted pulse", that negates the recoil until after the second round has fired, so that accuracy isn't compromised.

L86A2 LMG.
The L86 LSW (Light Support Weapon) is a Light Support Weapon variant of the L85, featuring a longer barrel, aft-grip for supported shooting, and a bipod. Despite technically being a light-machinegun, the L86's relatively small magazine size and lack of quick-change barrels cause it to be relatively unsuited to a suppressive fire role. However, its longer barrel provides superior accuracy and range, and as a result the L86 is generally employed as a Designated Marksman Rifle by British forces. The L86A1 variant was the initial version of the L86, but like the L85A1, it was plagued by reliability issues, and like its sister rifle, was upgraded to the significantly more dependable A2 standard in 2000.

Mare’s Leg sidearm.
Mare's Leg is a general name referring to a lever-action rifle (commonly a Winchester Model 1892) that has been given a shortened barrel and a sawed off stock so it can be used similarly to a pistol. They are a small enough size to fit into a large leg holster, and can be chambered for .44-40 or .38-40 Winchester, as well as .44 and .357 Magnum rounds.
A cut down, tactical Marlin 1894 rifle chambered for .44 Magnum appears in Battlefield 4 as the "Mare's Leg". It is customized with a tri-rail, top scout rail, Ghost Ring Sights, and an enlarged lever loop.
Now for damage on this weapon. Takes 4 hits to the body and 2 to the head.

I must say theres a good few new weapons here. AN-94 Being my choice of weapon. Mares leg being the last.
